Locking by Bryan Kang
A Dancer built up with 3 genres under his belt, Bryan combines the strengths of Popping, Locking and Soul Dance in his style of dance. A graduate from SMU Funk Movement, he is an active alumnus within their Alumni Group, choreographing for Patron’s Day 2020. In his experience, Bryan has performed for Team GoGo Brothers in Lockdown 2018, and Nelson in the 16 dans challenge hosted by Esplanade in 2019. Coaching juniors since his second year, Bryan always carries a feverish enthusiasm in growing the students under his care, regardless of their starting point as dancers.
Acrobatics by Liang Bin
Liang Bin started learning acrobatics (Tan Zi Gong 毯子功) at Practice Performing Arts School since he was a young boy and started assisting and teaching since 1997. He has many years of teaching experience for both adults and children as young as 6 years old. He is also one of the founders of Xinyi Dance Company, a Chinese Dance troupe in Singapore.
Hip Hop by Jia Xi
Jia Xi is a devoted dance instructor and a dedicated performer. The joy of dancing caught on to her at the age of 7, and she has never stopped dancing ever since. Through the years, she has undergone training in different genres such as Chinese Dance and Contemporary Jazz. Eventually, she worked her way into picking up Hip Hop during her Polytechnic days with Strictly Dance Zone at Singapore Polytechnic.
Zumba & Aerobics by Sharina Bynes

Sharina has been in the dance and fitness industry for over 10 years. Passionate about rhythm and movement, she will always want her attendees to capitalize their time in class and be a better version of themselves when they step out of class. Be ready to improve your coordination, rhythm and mastering choreography in her classes. Also a sport presenter, she’s able to give easy-to-understand directions and pump up the energy in the room.

Dance & Fitness by Sandra Faustina

At the age of 7, Sandra started with Classical Ballet training together with her training of Chinese Dance and Modern Contemporary Dance in CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls’ School. She then continued her Ballet training in Dance Horizon Troupe Singapore and received a Certificate of Distinction for Ballet – Intermediate in 2005. Her Jazz training started when she joined Singapore Institute of Management’s Jazz and Contemporary group DanceArt in 2011, and led as Dance Captain for the team in 2012 and 2013. Since her university days, Sandra started coaching dance and fitness classes for adults and children at schools and various studios. She is now residing to teach at Free Movement™ Solutions!

Contemporary Dance by Ivan Koh
Currently an Artist with Singapore Dance theatre Ivan has performed both classical and contemporary repertoire with the company, he has a passion to share his knowledge of dance and movement with the community. Ivan began his ballet and contemporary training at SOTA (School Of The Arts Singapore) under Celine Tan and Sylvia Yong. In 2013 he received a full scholarship to further his dance education at the New Zealand School Of Dance, there he trained for two years under various classical and contemporary mentors such as Qi Huan, Matz Skoog, Pablo Aharonian in classical and Victoria Columbus in contemporary.
HIIT by Nicolas Reynard
Nicolas has top-level qualifications as a certified Fitness Instructor and Epigenetic licensee for the - “Optimise Training Elite Nutritional Report” (Sport) - “Optimise Naturally Program” (Wellness) ; A Running, Triathlon and Bootcamp Coach and an 19-year expertise in food and nutrition as an Executive Chef in world-class hotels and restaurants. Nicolas is driven and proactive in helping you achieve your fitness goals!
