I discovered trapeze and yoga , because of my low back and spine problem. Therefore, I started to look into yoga and learnt how to reduce my lower back pain and gain strength in my body. Here I am, my lower back pain has gone, my legs have returned to normal and I now have a healthy back!
I decided to become a professional fitness instructor so I could pass my knowledge on the low back, bow legs and spine problems onto others. For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. My classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Vinyasa Flow style. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
The class will begin with breathing exercises. Shift to a great way to build your strength, balance and endurance. End with Shivasana get your body rest to start with your day.
Each sequence will be practiced on a different part of your body, working to release tension and vastly improve your range of motion.
Classes will teach on full-body flows, focus on legs, arms or balance. Will be fun empowering heat- building sequence workouts to challenge by moving non-stop movement.
This is an incredible fitness for you to be fit and you will be fabulous for your day.
Awaken your body with yoga flow to get yourself moving in correct posture. In this gentle , supported sequence, you’ll open and stretch your body by exploring floor based stretches that work into your spines , hips , hamstrings and groins.
Trapeze Yoga ( kids)
Being Brave looks different for everyone. it ‘s reclaiming your nerves so you can just be less afraid to be you. In this trapeze yoga , kids learn to embrace their bravery and feel empowered , help them connect to their emotions and radiate kindness outward and also will fine-tune their focus for the day ahead.

Valuable and transform yoga into a truly comprehensive fitness modality. can include pushing, pulling, holding, hip opening, twists, backbends, forward bends, and more. Yoga students
