Contemporary Dance by Ivan Koh

Contemporary dance has helped me express and understand some of my innermost thoughts, feelings and emotions. Outside of dance techniques and achieving an aesthetic, the ability to move freely through dance brings healing to my soul, it gives me a space to reflect and be vulnerable with myself. I hope to impart that same sense of healing contemporary provided for me and that class does not only become a place to learn the physicality of contemporary movements but a safe place where we can all learn from each other.
