Accessing Your Bookings

You can manage your studio rentals and class bookings through our website or app. With 24/7 access, you can book sessions at any time that suits you. Upon completing a booking, you'll receive an email confirmation with the details, including the date and time of your session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Studio rentals and class bookings are subject to our 72-hour rescheduling policy. Once a booking is made, you have a 72-hour window before the scheduled time to request a reschedule. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds. Each booking can be rescheduled only once; further rescheduling will not be permitted.

Assumption of Risk

By using our studios, you agree to assume all risks associated with your activities. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, or death. While we maintain a safe environment, we are not responsible for any incidents or accidents that occur during your use of our facilities.

Health and Safety Precautions
