Rosin is used by dancers to get better grip on slippery floors. No more worrying about slipping and falling, now you can focus on skill mastery and performance! The Appèl Rock Rosin by Free Movement™ Solutions comes in a sealed container for easier use and cleaner storage.

Directions: Prepare a plastic box to place rosin in, crush the rocks to almost powder form and step on the powder form lightly wearing your footwear. Use sparingly. In a dance studio, use in a Rosin Box that would typically be provided. Always check with studio if they allow Rosin to be used. DO NOT use on barefoot.

Note: Always cap back after use, keep in cool temperature, avoid direct sunlight and contact with skin and eyes. Seek medical attention if irritation occurs. Clean up excess on floor always.

2 sizes: Approximately 210g and 750g to choose from. As these are natural resources and hand packaged, do allow some room for adjustments in weight.
