Welcome to Free Movement! Here we will list our policies as well as how you can access your long term class and studio bookings, especially if you have a package or course with us.

All bookings can be made via our website at anytime of the day. Available booking slots will be shown accordingly and you may checkout online. If unsure, contact us and we will be able to send you Paynow or bank transfer details for bookings!

Once you have made a successful booking, an email confirmation will always be sent to you with instructions and the confirmed date and time.

 

Download Our Booking App: Acuity Scheduling Client

You can book and track appointments from your mobile devices with the Acuity Scheduling client app. Find the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or scan a QR code on your appointment confirmation page!

How to add Free Movement™ Solutions in the app

Once you have downloaded the app, you can add Free Movement™ Solutions as a business by entering our scheduling URL or by scanning a QR code.

To add Free Movement™ Solutions through a link, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. From the app home screen, tap +.
  2. Tap the Business Scheduling URL field and enter https://freemovementsolutions.as.me/
  3. Tap Add Business.

To add Free Movement™ Solutions through the QR code, you will need to follow these steps:

    1. From the app home screen tap +.
    2. Tap Scan QR Code and, if needed, allow Scheduling to access their device’s camera.
    3. Scan the QR code below or can scan a QR code on your appointment confirmation page.

You can now book directly through the app! All bookings, packages and courses will be shown directly on the app and you can make bookings using your packages and course credits accordingly. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions!

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All bookings are subjected to a 6 hour rescheduling window, we do not accept cancellations nor refunds. This means that a minimum of 6 hours prior to the booking, any rescheduling must be made, no more rescheduling will be allowed thereafter.
