Each order is made for you, we love that we are here supporting your dance needs! Should you need any assistance with regards to your orders, please contact us. We are happy to offer you suggestions and to make recommendations.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Depending on your order, delivery will be around 4-7 working days in Singapore and around 1-4 working weeks worldwide. Bulky items will usually take a longer time as our courier partners will do all they can to ensure safe delivery. For overseas deliveries, do note that your order may be subject to customs inspection and your order may take some time for customs inspection to clear. Orders take around 1-3 working days for processing. Orders can be delivered separately, this is especially for bulky items and small items in a single order so as to prevent smaller items from being lost in transit.

For customised items, there will be an additional 1-2 weeks needed for customisation.

As we all do our part during this COVID-19 period, we seek for your kind understanding if there are any delays. Our courier partners will always push for the fastest delivery possible. Delivery delays will depend on delivery method chosen as well as the country you are in.

For big items such as Marley Mats, Ballet Barres, Mirrors and other bulky items, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Choose between air and sea shipping. We ship internationally.

RUSH ORDERS

If you need an order rushed, please contact us to determine if it is a possible option, we will accommodate where we can!
