Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Free Movement Dance, we strive to provide you with the best products and services to enhance your dance experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make that process as smooth and reassuring as possible. Please take a moment to review our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

  1. Informing us about Returns or Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, kindly inform us within 15 days of receiving your order. It is important to reach out to us within this time period to ensure eligibility for returns or exchanges. You can contact our customer service team via email or whatsapp to initiate the process.

  1. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags still attached, in its original packaging, and unused and unwashed.
  • We cannot accept items that have been stained, used, or installed in any way.

Note that we do not offer refunds for returns, we will offer store credits in the same value.

  1. Inspection Process

Once we receive the returned items, please allow approximately 7-10 working days for our team to inspect them. We will carefully assess the condition of the items to ensure they meet our return and exchange criteria.

  1. Couture Orders and Alterations

For couture orders that require alteration, we offer basic alterations within a 7-day period from the date the order is received. Please note that only one alteration is allowed per order, and additional alterations will incur charges. The apparels and accessories should be in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. Kindly understand that alterations take time, and no refunds or cancellations are available for all couture orders, including alterations.

  1. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Please note that all online and physical classes, courses, and packages, as well as installation costs, are non-refundable. Additionally, refunds are not applicable for any customized items. We value your understanding in this matter.

  1. Damage in Equipments

In the event of any damage to equipment, please inform us promptly with picture and video via email or whatsapp only. This will allow us to better understand the issue and provide troubleshooting assistance if needed. If the damage falls within our stated time frame, we will arrange for a replacement.

  1. Shipping Costs

When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We will initiate the return or exchange process only after receiving the items back and confirming their condition.

  1. Cancellations/Changes

If you need to make changes to your order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes. We do not accept order cancellations.
