Returns and Exchanges Policy
Do inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. Reach out to us by filling in our online return form.
Conditions
All items have to be in its original condition, with tags still on, in its original packaging, unused and unwashed when you have sent us back the item to be eligible for exchange. We will not accept items that have been stained, used or installed in any way.
Once we receive the items, do allow around 7-10 working days for inspection.
For Couture orders that require alteration, basic alterations will be provided within a 7 day period from the date order is received. Only a 1 time alteration will be allowed. Multiple alterations will be charged accordingly. Apparels and accessories should be in its original packaging, unused and unwashed. Do note that alterations take time.
All online and physical classes, courses and packages are non-refundable. Installation costs are non-refundable. Refunds are not applicable for any customised items. All products are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only start the process once the items are sent back to us and we have received them.
Cancellations/Changes
If you need to make changes to your order and delivery address, please contact us immediately! Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. We do not accept order cancellations.
