Tensioned between floor and ceiling - no drilling, no structural changes - and fully movable when required. Correct tensioning is critical for safe use; even portable systems benefit from trained handling.

Regular Cleaning
Use a microfiber cloth with a mild alcohol-based solution. This lifts grip residue and keeps the surface performing consistently across every session.
Wipe Before and After Each Session
A quick wipe before and after training maintains grip quality and protects the pole surface from buildup over time.
Avoid Harsh Products
Abrasive materials and strong chemical cleaners damage the surface finish and reduce grip - increasing slip risk during use. Stick to mild solutions only.
At Handover - Our Checks
Before we leave, we run full alignment checks, verify the tensioning is correct, and confirm the pole is stable under dynamic load. We do not hand over a fitting we are not confident in.

Ceiling heights, rental properties, spacing, and the difference between static and spinning - the questions we get most often, answered plainly.
QIs there a minimum ceiling height?
No fixed minimum applies. We review each space individually - ceiling structure, pole type, and how the space will be used all factor into the specification. Some lower ceilings are workable; others are not. We will tell you honestly after the review.
QCan I have a pole fitted in a rental flat?
Yes - pressure-mounted portable systems are often suitable for rental properties. The pole is tensioned without drilling or permanent modification. We assess the ceiling and floor type first and advise the safest option for your specific conditions.
QHow much space do I need around the pole?
Enough clearance to move and transition to the floor safely. The exact amount depends on room layout, pole placement, and training style - we cover this as part of the initial assessment before confirming placement.
