Welcome to Free Movement Dance Solutions! To keep a record and manage your bookings and packages, follow the steps below.

Create An Account

1. Head to our booking page.

2. Look for the sign up/login located on the right.

3. If you don't have an existing account, create one.

4. If you already have an account, log in with your email and password.

5. After signing in, click the dropdown beside your email and select Appointments.

6. Click Appointments → Book a New Appointment.

7. Once booked, your reservation appears under Upcoming.

Note: All bookings made without signing in first will not be reflected in your account.

Downloading our app gives you quick access to studio rental and class packages. With just a few taps, you can:

  • Manage Your Studio Rentals: View existing bookings and create new ones.
  • Access Your Booking History: Review past sessions for easy planning.
  • Receive Notifications: Get reminders for upcoming bookings.

Download Our Booking App: Acuity Scheduling Client

Find the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or scan a QR code on your confirmation page.

Compatibility Note: Some older phones or operating systems may not support the Acuity Scheduling Client app and may not allow it to be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store. If this happens, you can still access and manage your bookings directly through your web browser by visiting our booking page and signing into your account.

How to Add Free Movement Dance Solutions in the App

After downloading the app, add our business via link or QR code.

Add via Scheduling URL

  1. Tap + from the home screen.
  2. Enter https://freemovementsolutions.as.me/ in the Business Scheduling URL field.
  3. Tap Add Business.

Add via QR Code

  1. Tap + from the home screen.
  2. Select Scan QR Code and allow camera access.
  3. Scan the QR code below or from your confirmation page.

How to Book with Our App

  1. Select Your Rental: Choose a package that fits your needs.
  2. Check Availability: View available time slots.
  3. Complete Your Booking: Confirm directly in-app and receive email confirmation.

Stay Informed with Email Confirmations

After booking through the website or app, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all details including date, time, and instructions.
