Welcome to Free Movement Dance Studio! We're thrilled to offer our 24/7 self-service dance studios for rental and classes, providing you with flexibility and convenience. To ensure everyone has a safe and positive experience, please review our house rules & policies, which cover booking, rescheduling, liability, and responsibility for damages. By using our studio space you agree to our house rules and studio polices.
You can manage your studio rentals and class bookings seamlessly through our website or app. With 24/7 access, you can book sessions anytime that suits you. Upon completing a booking, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details, including the date and time of your session.
If you are sharing access with friends or family, please ensure the person responsible for opening and closing the studio follows our studio rules and booking policy. It is crucial that you provide them with all necessary instructions and booking details. We reserve the right to reject bookings if the person opening the studio does not have the required information, such as the name of the person who booked and the specific studio booked.
Should the person or group fail to adhere to our studio and booking policies, we reserve the right to deny access to the studio. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, they must be fully informed about all details and use the correct dance studio. If they enter and use the wrong studio, additional charges will apply.
We strictly enforce an indoor dance shoes and THOROUGHLY CLEANED OUTDOOR SHOES -only policy in our dance studios. By entering, you, along with your friends, family, and clients, agree that non-compliance will incur a $25 per person cleaning fee. If you wear outdoor shoes to dance, please ensure the soles are thoroughly cleaned before entering.Â
Should you wear heels to dance, note that stiletto dance heels are only allowed in some studios. Thank you for helping us keep the studios clean and damage free!
Usage of equipments provided and/or rented is strictly limited to within the space of Free Movement Dance Studios. Should more equipments be required, you may check in with the other studio users. Users are strictly not allowed to enter and remove any equipments on their own. All equipments borrowed outside of your booked studio must be returned or a fee will be incurred. Any equipments, like our phone stands, will require payment to be made before using them. We have the right to reject your booking if you do not follow our studio policy.Â
Studio rentals and class bookings are subject to our 72-hour rescheduling policy. Once a booking is made, you have a 72-hour window before the scheduled time to request a reschedule. This means that we will not accept any reschedules within 72 hours of your dance studio booking or classes. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds. Each booking can be rescheduled only once; further rescheduling will not be permitted.
By using our studios, you agree to assume all risks associated with your activities. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, or death. While we maintain a safe environment, we are not responsible for any incidents or accidents that occur during your use of our facilities.
Please ensure you are physically fit and capable of engaging in your chosen activities. We recommend consulting with a medical professional if you have any health concerns. It's your responsibility to take necessary safety measures, such as using appropriate footwear, warming up before strenuous activity, and following safe practices.
By entering our studio, you acknowledge that Free Movement Solutions, its employees, owners, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or deaths that occur during your use of our facilities. This waiver applies to all activities within our studios, including rehearsals, classes, workshops, and other events.
Free Movement Solutions is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to your personal belongings while on our premises. We recommend keeping valuable items secure and not leaving them unattended. You may want to consider obtaining insurance to cover your personal property.
Any damage to our studio facilities, equipment, or other property caused by your actions or negligence will be your responsibility. You will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement. Please use our facilities with care to avoid incurring additional charges.
If you believe you have misplaced a personal item within our studio premises, please contact our team as soon as possible. All found items are kept in our Lost and Found box which will be cleared on the 1st of every month. After this period, unclaimed items will be responsibly donated or discarded. Free Movement Dance is not liable for any lost or stolen belongings, and we strongly advise all visitors to keep personal items secure at all times.
Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. In the event of an emergency, follow the appropriate safety protocols and contact emergency services if needed.
If an incident occurs during your time at the studio, please report it to our staff as soon as possible. This helps us address any safety concerns and take appropriate action to prevent further incidents.
To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we ask that you follow these guidelines:
Free Movement Dance is a pet-friendly studio and we welcome well-behaved pets as part of our inclusive and vibrant community. However, to ensure the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all studio users, the following conditions apply:
Advance Notice & Approval: Pet owners must inform us before making a booking and receive written approval via whatsapp. Entry with pets without prior approval is not permitted.
Studio Access: Pets are allowed to be unleashed inside the booked studio rooms only at any time. They must remain leashed or securely caged in designated common or waiting areas.
Cleanliness: Owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any accidents or fur must be properly cleaned. A minimum $25 cleaning fee will be charged for any mess left behind, with higher charges imposed if additional cleaning or deodorizing is necessary.
Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved, quiet, and non-aggressive. Any signs of excessive barking, biting, or poor hygiene will result in denial of entry or request for immediate removal.
Responsibility & Liability: All pet owners assume full responsibility for their pets at all times. Free Movement Dance is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by or to pets on the premises.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline or revoke pet access at our sole discretion for any reason deemed necessary to protect the safety and comfort of our patrons and staff.
