Private Dance & Fitness Classes: Studio Policy

Welcome to Free Movement Dance Studio! We're delighted to have you with us. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our terms and conditions for classes. By participating in our classes, you agree to these policies.

Registration and Payment

To book a private class, you must register in advance and complete payment. You can register via our website or app, using credit/debit cards, PayNow, or bank transfers. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.

Class Scheduling

Classes begin at specific agreed times, so please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for a prompt start. Late arrivals might not be allowed to join or may have limited participation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds are issued. You may reschedule a class with at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Each booking allows for one reschedule; beyond that, further rescheduling isn't permitted. Contact our support team if you need assistance with rescheduling.

Appropriate Attire and Equipment

Wear appropriate dancewear or fitness attire for classes. Specific footwear is required based on the class type (e.g., ballet shoes for ballet, dance sneakers for hip-hop). Please avoid wearing jewelry or loose accessories during classes for safety reasons.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a harmonious environment, follow these studio etiquette guidelines:

• Respect Others: Treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect and courtesy.
• Keep It Clean: Dispose of trash properly and return equipment to its place.
• Control Noise: Keep noise levels low to avoid disrupting other classes.
• Phone Use: Avoid using phones during classes, except in emergencies.

Media Release Policy

Free Movement Dance Studio may take photos and videos during classes for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, or marketing materials. By participating in our classes, you agree to allow us to use your likeness in these media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify our staff in advance.

Liability and Safety

While we prioritize safety, Free Movement Solutions is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or deaths that occur during class participation. You assume all risks involved. We recommend consulting a medical professional if you have health concerns and taking appropriate safety measures.
